Isn’t it amazing how much sugar is in a slurpee!! Foods that have a lot of sugar should be “sometimes” foods. Be careful because certain foods like chips are low in sugar, but are high in salt. Choose a healthy alternative such as crackers instead. Another great choice would be to eat MultiGrain Cheerios instead of Fruit Loops. And here’s an interesting fact, chocolate milk is the best drink to have after exercise. It has more sugar, but all the same nutrients as white milk
